  I'll be reviewing both Aqua Elite and the line of spas they sell, Bullfrog Spas. Aqua Elite is hands down the best of the 5 spa dealers we visited . You owe it to yourself to experience their hospitality. Our spa buying experienced started at 4 other dealers that all gave the "used car lot" vibe. The high pressure salespeople that tell you what they think you want to hear. It was hard to even get a straight answer when it came to price. The price would often fluctuate which made us think "are we really getting the lowest price?". Aqua Elite is the complete opposite of the typical spa dealer. They don't pressure you into anything. They're very knowledgable and they sell a great product (more on that below). MJ, Mike, Jessie and Marcus were all very helpful and friendly. Just to make sure the Bullfrog was going to be a good fit, they even recommended a "wet test". I highly suggest doing this before buying any tub, especially with the Bullfrog. I think they have something like 16 different Jetpacks, so you really want to try them all so that you can configure the spa just the way YOU like it. That's the brilliance of Bullfrog Spas. Bullfrog Spas are unlike any other, so I highly suggest trying them out (with a wet test) so you can see all the advantages. The best thing about our spa (the A8) is that we got to pick exactly which jets we wanted. Critics may say that changing the Jetpacks around from seat to seat is just a gimmick and maybe they're right. We don't swap ours around once we install each Jetpack into the appropriate seat (there are different seat heights). To me, THATS NOT THE POINT. The BEST PART about Jetpacks isn't the swapping, it's that you get to choose your own configuration. Every other spa we looked at had a set number of jet locations. You get what you get. But with Bullfrog we tried out 16 Jetpacks and picked the 6 best for US. And, if we ever want to try others, we can buy them separately. The other thing we like about their genius design is that they don't use wood or metal framing and they have 90% less piping/plumbing. There's not a pipe going to each jet. Instead just a main line to each Jetpack and from there the water gets split into each jet. It makes sense. Apparantly this effeciency also saves energy/money. The previous spas we had always seemed to have confusing controls. You'd twist some knobs and see more bubbles, but the jets didn't seem to get more powderful. We never really enjoyed the jets previously. But with Bullfrog Spas we're now in love with the power and movement of these jets. A lot of the them rotate and spin instead of shooting straight at you, so it's more of a massage. We used to use our old spa just a few times a month. We've had the Bullfrog for 3 months and have used it almost every single day. It has worked flawlessly with not a single issue. You can just tell the build quality is solid on these. Oh yeah, a couple more things to add; they have a great stereo option and the lights are fully adjustable. Plus, the controls are touchscreen and easy to use. And, you know how most spas have that annoying filter/suction area that just takes up space? Bullfrog hid their filter behind a seat and the suction is built into the body so there's no wasted space. These tubs are huge and they're also deep so if you're a big guy like me, you'll want something deep or its pointless to buy. TRUST ME, if you're making a big purchase like this, you might as well do it right. Don't try to save 1000 and have something you're not fully happy with. These spas were right in line with the price of others, maybe a tad higher, but well worth it because like I said we use it EVERY DAY. Thanks Aqua Elite and Bullfrog Spas. We're customers for life!
